Mr. Jiten Shah is Promoter and Executive Chairman of the Group based at its headquarters in Dubai (UAE). Mr Shah is a vivid entrepreneur with a strong commitment to create value for all stakeholders. Over the 35+ years under Mr Shah, the business has grown and diversified from a modest home-office agency to a well-respected international group of companies engaged in trading and distribution of steel pipes and polymers; manufacturing engineering products; and providing scaffolding and formwork solutions, with a professional management team for each business..

Prem Prakash Roongta

Group CFO

Mr. Prem Prakash Roongta joined as Group CFO at Dubai, UAE in 2015. Prem is a Chartered Accountant, Cost & Works Accountant and Company Secretary from India. Prem has previously worked in senior roles both within Multinational Companies (Hempel Paints and ITS Energy Services) and family offices. Prem brings over 20 years of experience within the larger Eastern Hemisphere market. Working closely with Board of Directors and senior professionals, Prem carries strong financial and commercial skills in all areas of Business and investments management.

Asit Trivedi

Head Finance and Corporate Affairs

Mr. Asit Trivedi joined the Group as Head Finance and Corporate Affairs at Dubai, UAE in 2007. Asit is a Finance Professional. Asit has previously worked in senior roles within family offices. Asit has 20 years of experience in India/ Singapore & ME markets. Working closely with stakeholders, Asit carries strong operational financial planning and banking execution skills in all areas of Business management.

Charles Edwards

CEO - Scaffolding & Formwork Solutions Division

Mr. Charles Edwards joined the Kirtanlal Group in early 2022 as the CEO - Scaffolding & Formwork Solutions Division. Charles has previously worked in numerous senior management roles, most recently as the Regional Director for SGB MEASEA and previously the Regional General Manager of Al Futtaim Engineering’s, Scaffolding & Formwork Division. Charles is well respected throughout the industry and brings to the group over 3 decades of Scaffolding, Access and Formwork experience with over 17 years in the MEASEA region and a further 16 years in his home country of the UK. A highly motivated leader with strong leadership skills and vast experience in all aspects of General Management, Growth Strategy, Business Development, Operations and Safety.
