Scope of Work:
Kirtanlal Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of its Scaffolding & Formwork business in Saudi Arabia. The role requires developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of technical and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives in scaffolding and formwork solutions within the Saudi market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Handling inquiries and providing solutions to customer needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
  • Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and periodic performance reviews in line with company objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 – 7 years of proven experience in Scaffolding & Formwork sales in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems and solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong networking capabilities and a self-motivated, result-oriented approach.

Reporting to: Regional HR & Admin Manager

Scope of Work:
The Payroll Executive – India Operations will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees across India, with a focus on compliance with various state-specific labor laws. This role is based in Mumbai and supports operations throughout the country. Candidates with prior experience in the construction industry and knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees across India, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Collect, verify, and process payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, variable incentives, site allowances, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with central and state-specific labor laws (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS), particularly as applicable to the construction industry.
  • Handle statutory filings, payments, and return submissions on time across all states of operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll data, statutory deductions, and compliance reports.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documents for internal and external compliance checks.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax rules, and statutory requirements in different states.
  • Collaborate with site HR teams across India to ensure smooth payroll operations at all project locations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Strong understanding of central and various state labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamix, ADP, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with site teams and employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
  • Certification in payroll management or labor law compliance.
  • Experience managing payroll for a geographically diverse workforce, especially in project-based or site-based roles

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to handle GST and taxation-related responsibilities, including GST returns, TDS management, income tax compliance, and sales/procurement documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and accounting, with minimal supervision required.

Key Responsibilities:

    GST Compliance:

  • File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Reconcile GST input credits with purchase registers and vendor invoices
  • Handle GST audits and respond to tax authority notices/queries.
  • Ensure correct tax classifications on invoices and transactions

    TDS Management:

  • Timely deduction and payment of TDS
  • File TDS returns and generate TDS certificates
  • Reconcile TDS deductions with payments and returns
  • Address TDS discrepancies and notices

    Income Tax Compliance:

  • Prepare and file income tax returns
  • Manage advance tax calculations and payments
  • Support tax audit report preparation and statutory requirements
  • Handle income tax assessments, appeals, and compliance with notices

    Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, and Professional Tax regulations
  • Manage ESI and EPF contributions, returns, and payments
  • Handle Professional Tax registrations, returns, and payments

    Sales & Procurement:

  • Prepare sales orders, invoices, and other documentation based on requirements.
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers with accurate details

    Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for tax filings and correspondence
  • Prepare and submit movement declarations to insurance companies
  • Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit and finalization
  • Ensure compliance with MCA & ROC provisions

    Customs Compliance:

  • Verify Draft Bill of Entry (BOE) for accuracy and compliance

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications: MCom or BCom
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in GST, TDS, and income tax compliance
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
    • Excellent documentation and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office - Additional Advantage:
    • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
